King Street Pre-School Staff

Staff

King Street Pre-School has an experienced, well-qualified and enthusiastic team of paid staff. The pre-school has a ratio of one member of staff to eight 3-4 year olds and one member of staff to four 2-3 year olds. Every staff member has a recognised care qualification and has undertaken a first aid course.

Paulina Geller - Pre-school Manager

Paulina Geller Paulina holds a BA in Pre-school education. Paulina is our Child Protection officer, Positive Behaviour Management coordinator and Equal Opportunities Coordinator. In addition she has Certificates in Paediatric First Aid, English as an Additional Language and Early Years Foundation Stage. She is currently qualifying as a Counsellor for Children and Adolescents.

Melanie Maltby - Pre-school Deputy Leader

Mel has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. She is trained in First Aid and child protection. Mel is also our special educational needs coordinator.
